将文件夹整个拷贝到U盘，在电脑打开再发。将取数工具整个文件复制到U盘，将U盘插入被审单位电脑，运行取数工具，选择财务软件版，自动取数。建议通过直接将文件内容直接通过通知公告形式发布，也可以文件转换成pdf格式，再通过通知公告或者邮件形式发给大家。
