国外学位也分为三种：学士、硕士和博士。具体如下：

1.本科文凭

本科，大学本科的简称。本科文凭即在高等学校里就读本科专业正式毕业后获得的国民教育系列本科毕业证书。

2.学历获取

(1)参加全国普通高等学校招生统一入学考试，经省一级招生部门统一组织，由学生所报考的普通高校录取后正式取得学籍，进行全日制脱产学习。

(2)参加全国成人高等学校招生统一入学考试，经省一级招生部门统一组织，由学员所报考的成人高校或普通高校成人教育学院录取后正式取得学籍。主要学习方式:一是进入高校全日制脱产学习;二是进入高校以业余面授方式学习;三是进入普通高校设立的函授站以函授形式业余学习。

(3)参加省级教育行政部门统一组织的高等职业教育对口招生统一入学考试，经省招生部门统一组织，由对口招生学校录取后正式取得学籍，进行全日制脱产学习。

(4)参加高等教育自学考试，可以通过参加社会力量助学单位组织的辅导，定期参加自学考试管理部门统一组织的课程考试。

(5)参加普通高等学校以现代远程教育形式举办的高等学历教育班，入学时只参加由招生学校组织的测试，经学校录取后，学员在学校设立的教学中心组班学习。

1.学士学位

是高等教育本科阶段授予的学位名称。在中国学位结构中为基础学位，由国务院授权高等学校授予。由学位授予单位依照本单位的学位授予条件和《中华人民共和国学位条例》的相关规定进行授予。

2.获取条件

普通高等学校本科毕业生(包括统招专升本)毕业考试成绩合格，在校表现良好，就可以获得学士学位。有的学校要求过大学英语四级。

参加高等教育自学考试(本科)，所有科目的加权成绩在该校所划定的分数以上(不同学校要求不同)，毕业论文答辩良好及以上并通过学位英语考试，毕业后可以申请学士学位(有的学校还要求通过学位加试，即本专业主干课加试)。

电大开放教育本科生，必修课平均成绩75分及以上，选修课70分及以上，通过学位英语考试，论文答辩成绩为良(或以上)可申请由国家开放大学授予的学士学位。

脱产、业余(函授)的成人教育本科生(包括成人专升本)毕业后符合条件者(一般是在校表现良好、论文良好及以上、所有科目平均分70分以上、补考累计少于四门、通过学位英语考试)可以申请学士学位。

远程教育(网络教育)本科(含网络教育专升本)的学生毕业后符合相关条件者也可申请学士学位。
