金融企业会计参考书

金融方面的书太多啦，有银行方面的，证券方面的，期货方面的，保险方面的。我是金融专业的，我们学的科目告诉你下，金融风险管理、商业银行业务与经营、国际金融、财政与税收、西方经济学（微观部分）、西方经济学（宏观部分）、资产评估学、初级会计学、投资项目评估、保险学、财产保险学、人身保险学、国际结算实物、国际贸易实务、财务管理实务、经济法、金融法、货币银行学、投资银行学、金融工程学、外汇交易与管理、个人理财教程、金融市场学教程、证券市场基础知识、证券投资基金、证券交易、证券投资分析、证券承销、期货市场教程、期货投资分析、期货法律法规、银行信贷实务与管理、银行会计、公司信贷等等，当然还有不少课外的也有不少金融的。

我倒是觉得不需要带什么中文书，学金融与会计的话主要就是资产负债表等几个重要的表格。英国的格式跟中国完全不同，你到时候边学边上网搜中文解释也可以。而且书那么重，还占行李重量。你要是真想带，凭经验我觉得你基本不会看的。

中央财大金融专硕指定了如下参考书：（1）李健《金融学》，第二版，高等教育出版社（2）刘力《公司财务》，第二版，北京大学出版社（3）金融专硕教指委制定大纲李健《金融学》和刘力《公司财务》这两本书不错。但是，考虑到金融专硕注重广，如果只看指定的两本书，专业课考高分的概率很小，一定还要看其他的书。金融学部分，如果有时间看下蒋先玲《货币金融学》，这本书相对于李健《金融学》应试效果更好。中央财大部分真题在这本书上能找到答案，比如2011年第一道单选题，关于劣币驱逐良币现象，李健《金融学》没有介绍，但在蒋先玲《货币金融学》教材上有答案。国际金融部分，大家一定要专门找本国际金融学教材看，如姜波克《国际金融新编》。参照考试大纲以及对外经贸大学历年真题，大家重点看：第二章、第三章、第四章、第六章、第七章和第八章，而不是教材从第一页看到最后一页。公司理财部分，最好配套着罗斯《公司理财》来学习，因为部分公司理财考题涉及到罗斯《公司理财》内容，关键是刘力《公司财务》书中没有。罗斯《公司理财》一共31章，从考试大纲看，重点考前面19章。从上述参考书来看，中央财大金融专硕专业课考题有难度，所以跨考老师建议考生多加重视专业课。

如果你是高中生，那金融专业类的书对你来说专业性太强，你不一定能理解书上的专业名词，如果对这方向有兴趣的话，更建议看一些营销类的书籍，有一定的故事情节实例举证，你看起来兴趣或许会更深些！比如前段时候网上比较流行的《沉浮》、《破冰》、《局中局》等都有可取看之处、、

This book uses the preparation of financial statements as the framework for understanding what accounting is all about..更多英文版资料建议使用Google用关键词“Fiancial accounting”搜索，会有很多。中文版的推荐几本具有参考价值的：关于美国准则的：美国财务会计准则••149-150号•金融工具和套期保值会计修订iGAAP——金融工具相关准则实务指南（企业会计准则丛书）关于中国准则的（跟国际准则趋同了，但说的比较简单明了）企业会计准则2010，第23-25章和38章。关于国际财务报国准则的国家财务报告准则2008（中文版），IAS39，IAS32，IFRS7。国际会计准则理事会和财政部组织专家翻译的，质量很高了，但是还是很难读，需要毅力，建议朗读，否则容易睡着，呵呵 针对你的补充：英国目前执行的是国际财务报告准则，但是在金融工具会计方面，全球领先的是美国，国际财务报告也是从美国准则出来的，所以，你要学习金融会计，无论去哪，实际上都脱不开美国的范畴。英国方面的资料，建议你参考ACA或者ACCA考试的会计教材，会有些帮助。
