中美执业药师制度

我国的执业药师制度在很多方面还不够完善。从执业药师制度的法律依据角度来看，很多国家都出台了《药剂师法》，通过法律手段规范了药师的权利、义务、配备、社会地位、经济待遇和处罚等一系列内容，以保障公众用药安全、有效、经济、合理，充分发挥药师的作用。从现行的执业药师考试内容来讲，与一些发达国家相比，我国有必要对执业药师考试内容进行改革，适当地增加与药学服务有关的知识，如临床药学、临床医学等相关的学科内容。对于执业药师的注册制度和继续教育制度而言，注册制度可以借鉴美国的见习制度，以加强药学毕业生的实际应用能力，继续教育制度也应采取多种形式，充分利用现代网络技术，使执业药师掌握最新的学术知识，以服务于患者。另外，应加大执业药师的宣传力度，增加药师在消费者中的信任和满意度。加强对执业药师行为的监督，各级药品监督管理部门应当切实履行监督管理职责，并且充分发挥药师协会的行业自律作用，提高执业药师的职业道德水平，规范执业药师的执业行为。
