第一次参加广交会的注意事项 :带齐相关物品1, 一定要带证件.名片 相机, 记录本,笔. 计算器 卷尺, 钉书机 钉, 别针, 双面胶.手机, , 如果是参展的, 请带客户登记本看展的请带供应商联络资料. ( 就是把老的供应商资料做在一个表中, 打印出来)可以按照他们的英文名称排列, 或者馆号排列.如果公司有能力的话,把所有的样品都贴上条码, 到时候一扫基本就知道了所有的资料,报价起来比较的快. 或者准备完整系列的报价单, 打印好的, 至少两份. 很快能查到.主要是产品的包装率, 体积要有, 客户要计算一个柜能装多少数量. 零食. 饿了可以先对付一下.准备一些水给客户,或者咖啡之类. 一些巧克力, 糖之类都是可以的目录等也是要带的, 但记得要发给应该合适的客户, 不是随便派给别人. 不然的话很容易被别人抄袭了, 或者被客户用去比较价格.有空闲时间的时候可以到别人的展位上去看看, 学习别人的产品新的造型, 及一些新的设计, 及展台的摆放设计.

其实参加广交会的客商除了个别几个大型公司的外派人员,其他客户一般对于英语的表述都不是特别正式和专业的。我参加了2次广交会,1次香港展。基本跟客户交流的时候尽量用最简单易懂的语言表述出来就好了,只要你对相关调研行业有一定的认知,基本上就OK了,至于怎么咬文嚼字~其实不重要的,因为很多客户的母语都不是英语,所以你说的再好听再专业,恐怕他们也一知半解。 希望下面的资料对你有点微薄之力吧,祝好运!对话1:A: Your new task is to reach US $20 billion by the end of 2006. 参观的话完全可以.如果参展,现在广交会展位都是承包给展览公司或者广告公司了,不过价位不便宜啊,估计得8.9万,如果你的产品很小的话建议你和别的公司共租一个展位。最后,还得注意的是千万注意展中展,不要上当啊。 参加广交会可办理以下几种;一:广交会参展证(需提前办理)1,第一期4月15号至4月19号:2500元张。2,第二期4月23号至4月27号:2000元张。3,第三期5月01号至5月05号:1800元张。二:广交会采购商证(需提前办理)1,第一期10月15号至4月19号:2000元张。2,广交会三期通用采购商证(需提前办理):3500元张。3,广交会临时采购代表证(需身份证原件办理,现场办):按天计算,800元一天(半小时出证,名额有限)。三:广交会参展代表证(需身份证原件办理,提前办):按天计算,600元一天。广交会门票价格-109届广交会门票多少钱-2011年广交会参办理以上所需资料:参展人员大一寸兰底彩照,身份证复印件
