条件如下：

1、通过澳洲的职业评估，并且职业评估在相应的职业列表上。

2、189技术移民，你的职业需要在MLTSSL列表，只有上面的职业才能做189技术移民。常见的189技术移民职业是会计、IT、工程、教师、护工等。

3、190491州担保移民。你的职业需要在MLTSSL或者STSOL列表之上，这个联合的职业列表基本上包含了我们常见的所有职位，除了会计、IT、工程、教师这些技术移民专业，还有市场营销、项目管理、人力资源这些职业都是可以的。

4、 雅思四个6。雅思四个六是澳洲技术移民和州政府担保移民最低的雅思要求，没有这个成绩，是没有一丁点办理可能性的，没有任何方式能够豁免这个要求。

5、 满足一定的分数要求。

189技术移民目前的分数要求是。会计：95-100分；IT：90-95分；工程：90-95分；护 理：85-90

190州政府担保移民。无论专业，分数要求60分。

491州政府担保移民。无论专业，分数要求50分即可。

澳洲技术移民呢分类主要是189190491转191三个大类别。

189独立技术移民：目前竞争较为激烈，就算是澳洲当地留学毕业生也比较难申请。境外申请人条件要求更加苛刻。至少要具备雅思4个7。优势是直接移民澳洲，无所谓居住在哪里，没有限制。

190州政府担保移民：这个属于州政府担保申请者移民，移民相对比较简单。澳洲几个州的政策不一样，担保的职业也不同，所以申请者要根据自己的条件来看适合申请哪个州。

不同州不同职业的移民难度也不一样。主要是移民后需要在这个州生活工作至少2年。其他和189一样。2020-2021财政年各州主要要求医疗、护理、以及能帮助澳洲经济发展和就业的职业。

491签证转191偏远地区担保移民：这个是目前最容易的技术移民方式。因为偏远地区几乎担保所有职业，申请条件也比较简单，澳洲境外人士也容易申请。

491只是一个临时5年签证，在这个期间需要在偏远地区居住满3年，然后达到相应的要求，如3年每年报税收入超过$54843。接着转191拿PR。

会计专业是澳洲长期以来的热门移民专业之一，由于它对于本科背景没有要求，也成为了中国本科毕业生转专业学习的最佳选择。会计毕业后，如何获得澳洲CPA资格？ CPA会员资格共有三种，分别为Associate（准会员）， CPA（会员）和Fellow（会士）。1.成为CPA Associate准会员中国留学生获得在CPA认可的会计专业基础课程（Foundation level）或本科及其以上澳洲认可课程就可以申请成为Associate Member，从而通过职业评估提名为会计职业，申请澳洲技术移民。豁免foundation level要求本科及其以上澳洲认可课程学历目前澳洲多数大学开设的master of professional accounting课程可直接通过会计职业评估（需满足雅思要求）。2.成为CPA会员必须满足以下条件，才能成为CPA：用于CPA承认的本科或硕士学历（专业不限）完成CPA基础课程（Foundation Level）的学习，或者完成CPA认可的大学课程在6年之内完成CPA专业课程（Professional Level）的学习，并且满足实践工作经验的要求每年必须坚持学习专业发展新知识（Continuing Professional Development）遵守澳洲CPA守则CPA会员如果想要从事公共会计服务，必须遵守澳洲会计法律，并且持有公共执业证书（Public Practice Certificate）。CPA专业课程（professional level）需要学习4门必修课，外加四门选修课中的任意2门，分别是4门必修Ethics and GovernanceStrategic Management AccountingFinancial ReportingGlobal Strategy and Leadership以下4门选修2门：Advanced TaxationFinancial Risk ManagementAdvanced Audit and AssuranceContemporary Business Issues学生除了通过CPA入会资格考试外，还必须在会计相关行业积累3到5年的工作经验。在实际工作中，如果申请人"上司"（mentor）是具有专业资格的注册会计师（包括澳洲注册会计师和英国特许公认会计师公会、香港会计师公会、美国注册会计师协会等正式会员），则要求的工作经验为三年。若"上司"（mentor）是非注册会计师，则要求五年的工作经验。工作经历获得会计师公会认可后，才能正式申请成为澳洲注册会计师。3.CPA Fellow（会士）拥有丰富经验的CPA注册会计师才可以申请成为澳洲CPA Fellow。合格的申请人必须拥有15年以上的会计、金融、商业工作经验，并且在公共会计事务所从事执行职位至少五年.-----------------------------------------------了解了CPA的3种会员形式后，我们再来谈一谈澳洲的会计硕士课程设置。一般来说，每个学校有两种不同的会计硕士课程，分别是Master of Professional Accounting和Master of Commerce (Accounting)。这两类课程是有一些区别的，前者适合本科非会计背景的学生学习，无论你本科是什么专业均可以申请，它按照澳洲会计师协会CPA 的课程框架设置，涵盖了CPA Foundation Level的课程。相比之下，后者针对本科会计专业毕业生开设，专业课难度会比MPA课程更大，选课的自由度也更大，但是却并非按照CPA课程框架授课， 也就是说，未必满足CPA Foundation Level的课程要求。对于本科非会计背景的毕业生来说，唯一的选择就是Master of Professional Accounting专业，学制1.5年，读完以后可以免考所有的基础课程（Foundation Level），成为Associate Member，并且参加6门专业课程（Professional Level）的学习和考试。如果硕士阶段所学内容与专业课程（Professional Level）有重合，还可以进一步免考最多2门选修课。对于本科专业是会计的毕业生来说，既可以选择Master of Professional Accounting专业，又可以选择Master of Commerce (Accounting)专业。如果选择前者，则与非会计背景的学生规划相同。如果选择Master of Commece专业，可以学到更深层的商科及会计知识，但是选课时需要特别注意是否能够满足CPA基础课程（Foundation Level）的要求。如果选择的课程没有涵盖所有CPA基础课程的话，则毕业后需要经过额外的考试才能申请成为Associate并且进一步参加CPA专 业课程的学习和考试。

If you could get 10 or 11(sorry rellly cant recall how many) papers recognised, your qualification will be regarded as the recognised qualification.
