As a kind of international accountant certificate, ACCA is a permit leading to the developing world. When China becomes a member of WTO,our motherland has a deadly anxious for high accountants .On the one hand it’s an excellent chance for us, but on the other hand it’s a big chanllenge.The study of ACCA is a long and hard work， it needs not only our patience and confidence, but also our determination and courage.However, the most important thing for us does not just pass the ACCA exam, it’s the preparation and plan for continuous and permanent study. As the world economy is developing at a splendid speed ,it requires us renew knowledge day and night, and ACCA shows the way to meet the challenge. Only in this way can we make us rich and perfect.

ACCA is short forAssociation of Chartied Certisefied Accountants,founded in 1904, which has a long history in international accountants scope.ACCA is one of the famous association of accountants in the world,one of the association with most members in the world.It is one of the founder of IASC,and a member of IFAC.The members are scattered all over the world,in more than 140 countries and areas.In 1996,ACCA got the honor of Prominent Contribution by the queen of UK.It's also the only one that get this honor in UK.ACCA is well-known as the international laissez-passer .ACCA has cooperated with China for 10 years.The effect is enhanced in China.The number of members,graduations,and the students in china are about 7000.After china joint into WTA,more and more accoutants are necessary who are good at the IAS and foreign language.While,the number of the qualified accountants in China is far away from what we need.So,ACCA supplies the opportunity to us to be qualified for the market,we will have a bright future.I want to join to the ACCA class,because I want to have a good future,and there is a more important reason--I'm interested in account.I'm interested in how fundis operated,how to reduce the risk,what is the law position in fund operation,and how to manage the finance in a company.I know ACCA can supply me what I want.And I know studying ACCA is a difficult task.First I will strengthen my English,second I will focus my attention on financial knowledges,in order to have better understanding to finance and account.I found out that in some papers' exam,we must write much,such as paper 1.3,2.1,2.2 and so on,so I will improve the ability of English writing.I know that the papers in ACCA is not only include the account technics,but also include the law about finance,and some management knowledge.So I will study widely,in order to have a deep uderstanding to the ACCA including.I love ACCA,it's the best way to make my dream true in my mind.After I join the ACCA class,I will study hard.I will make the success in the way to my dream. 你看下行不行。我也不知道你具体的情况。这个是我自己写的。前半部分是ACCA的介绍，后半部分是你对ACCA的了解以及打算做的准备和学好的决心。字数不是很多。因为我也不知道还要写些什么，我对你的情况知道得不多。你看下行不，如果可以记得把分给我啊，拜托了。我还是查了很多东西才给你写出来的啊。没有功劳也有苦劳哦。
